New polling shows significant support for the DREAM Act. The survey by Lake Research found that after hearing a brief description of the bill, sixty-six percent of voters support the DREAM Act, including majorities of Democrats (81%), independents (60%), and Republicans (57%).

Leaders of both the House and Senate say they will bring the DREAM Act to a vote during the Lame Duck session of Congress.
